Professional, friendly, and lovely staff.
Room tranquil, clean and relaxing. Three of us attended in separate rooms and each had a beautiful pampering session; definitely the best massage and facial ever!

Amazing value and blissful experience
I really like the environment here and the staff is so friendly and easy going. I had a really stiff shoulder and my therapist help me to loosen my muscles. Its the best massage i ever had and relaxing. The facial is great it cus i can feel my face become refreshing as ever and become more soft haha anyway i really had a great time here. Hope to booking again next time. Really recommended place! 🤗
Friends organized for a massage and facial - both of my friend' face started to sting and red after the facial. Communicated with the store manager that the product may contain allergens or things that may irritate the skin however the staff insist that its not their products despite her face showing visible signs of redness and also skin starting to swell. They said this reponse to the skin was 'normal' and then later on asked for medical certificate which she later did.
As a professional service, the way this was dealt with on time in the store was absolutely unnecessary and also if the quality of service provided is not adequate, the customer has the right to dispute it. Its wasn't a unreasonable request or anything like that. That's real bad dispute management right there.
