The sales team are great. I've had a number of excellent experiences from simple purchase to returns if items aren't quite right. Nothing is a drama and they guys have really good attitudes and knowledge. Prices are very good too. Keep it up guys! Kind Regards Peter

Bought a battery 3 weeks ago, the thing died and would not take a charge, took it back thinking they would simply swap it out for one that works but no, they insisted on keeping it over the weekend to try and charge it themselves in spite of the fact that I'd tried to charge it with 2 different chargers over 2 days and it was still dead flat showing 10vnStaff were unhelpful bureaucratic and officious, now I have a car I can't use over the weekend so they can stuff around... Extremely poor service.

I asked them to check my headlight and the guy at the front counter very rudely dismissed my request. I then went to repco and they checked by light with no problem.

Have been here a few times and always get great customer service. Was helped by Jacob recently who was very knowledgable and keen to help. Great store.

Cameron (Assistant Manager) was so so helpful. My car was dented and scratched due to parking in open carpark - being a girl (not knowing anything about cars), i was so lost and stressed about the whole incident. Cameron was so helpful and patiently addressed my concerns. He helped me throughout the whole process, recommended a good selection of products to the best of his knowledge. His customer service was A++. Thanks so much Cameron and I hope your team treasures you as their valued staff member!
