Awesome place with great gear and great staff. Upon entry I was greeted with a warm welcome. The staff were aware I had no intention to purchase anything as I was showing my friend around the instrument as he is new to it. Brilliant store with pretty much every brand under the sun. The staff were friendly, helpful and proactive. Easy to speak with and they know their stuff. Easily the best music store in Victoria for any type of musician, since they stock drums, keys, guitars and more and at fair prices.

Shout out to Ben in the drum department who spent an hour with me trying to sort out some spare tuning lugs for my old REMO kit. He even went to the trouble of removing various drum lugs to find the exact size I needed. In the end, my purchase cost was less than $15 for the spare parts that I needed but he was happy to spend the time to make sure I got the correct parts. Great customer service.

Great setup with good undercover parking. Had several sound rooms that you can test and try which was great. We had one staff member who wasn’t interested in helping but two others that were keen to help with no pressure at all.
