Such a peaceful and private venue. Every time I go to Studio 72 I feel relaxed as soon as I walk in. The rooms are always so clean and Casey, the owner, has thought of every detail to make the experience one worth repeating. Subtle fragrant oils, calming spa-style music and all the knowledge on infrared, heat and light therapy. Bathroom with necessities if needed. Forgot your water? They got you. Try it out, tell all your friends, you will not be disappointed! Love it.
Cannot recommended this place highly enough. Casey is so friendly and knowledgeable, her studio had the best vibe. The salt lamps, relaxation music, complimentary water, hydration packs, towels and face cloths, Casey has thought of everything to make it an amazing experience for you, but the saunas themselves are amazing in their own right. If you have been thinking of visiting, just do it, you honestly will not regret it.nI’ve also gifted people sauna sessions here and they have absolutely adored them!
Where do I begin… I’ve been hooked on my regular sweat sessions since Casey first greeted me with her warm smile & bubbly personality. Casey has a wealth of knowledge not just in infrared saunas but general health & well being which compliments her business.nWith regular sessions it’s helped me sleep better & my skin always feels amazing post sauna.nI couldn’t recommend this enough.
I could not recommend studio 72 anymore. The saunas are clean and well set up to a nice calming environment. The owner Casey is one of the sweetest people and incredibly knowledgeable with all things health and wellness. After coming along with another member to try I’ve been hooked ever since!nThe suites are amazing and totally customisable and I always walk away feeling great after a session.nCasey is extremely client centred and always going above and beyond for everyone who dines through. Highly recommend for people looking for an alternative way to improve your health.
