Incredibly rude receptionist meant I never got an appointment. They have also lost a potential client.nThere were appointments available online however not for first time patients. I phone and there is nothing for two days in a row. The manner was heard by a friend who was equally as shocked by the rudeness. I was very polite if you are wondering .

Not much satisfied with the service at all, especially about payment. Even when the payment is done, clinic officials still call if the payment has been processed or not. Don't understand why they cannot record the logs of payments made or not. Disappointed with the service as well.

The service quality of a walk in doctor with a premium price. Did not send through referral for specialist, created more work for me during a stressful time. Avoid!!

After attending the clinic more frequently during difficult pregnancy’s, I couldn’t recommend the doctors, nurses and reception staff more highly. The doctors are always on time, I’ve waited no longer than half an hour and I find their expertise and professionalism to be outstanding. The clinics opening hours are also very favourable for people who work full time.

Dr Ahmed is a wonderful Dr, and I find the staff in general are really helpful.
