Initially apprehensive seeing a new doctor. Dr Rammon Iqbal was great! He was knowledgeable and reassuring and is a great asset to the clinic. Waiting room is clean and tidy and the provision of the higher armed chairs for elderly or knee/hip patients is a welcome addition. Friendly reception. Really great job LMC.

Dr Zafar and his team are amazing.nVery friendly reception and management.nThe nurse that the clinic provides is kind and reassuring. You may have to wait for a small period of time to see Dr Zafar but it is soooo worth it , because when you get to see a Dr that takes the time to talk to you and is invested in your health as much as he is , then the wait is well worth it. Would give this clinic more than 5 stars if I could !!!

There seems to be a great air of complacency throughout this medical centre. If you try to book an appointment over the phone, you'll find the dial tone will ring out. Around the 4th time you try to ring, the phone will then be answered.nIf you do book an appointment, you'll need to clear your entire day for it as you WILL be kept waiting.nFor example, if your appointment is at 10am, you won't get that appointment till around 11:30 - 12pm.nAppointment times are being booked despite not actually being available.nThe G.Ps seem to have a laid back response to patients medical conditions that is strikingly irresponsible. You're made to feel like a medicare cash cow for the G.Ps.nThe time it takes to travel to Melbourne to see a G.P is far less trouble than the battle you'll endure trying to obtain professional medical assistance from Latrobe Medical Centre.
