Staff swearing to eachother and themselves out loud complaining about patients who walk in, got told to go to another clinic as the wait was apparently too long. Persevered and got through but staff uninterested and unprofessional. Melbourne pathology is better by far.

Despite being short staffed, the staff were informative, friendly and efficient. As has been my past experience.

When there are two staff at the location, the father of a kid popped out and i was waiting, one of the staff was holding the child. Waiting, waiting father came back and they did something with a kid but i was there 20 mins and at 4.30 they told me and 2 others to go. One of them made a decision my blood test was not important... well tell that to my GP. I got a better reception at Breed Street so i'll go there in future instead of trying to leave work on time to get to Kay Street. Have to say unprofessional. It would have taken less than 5 mins to take a sample and yet they would rather have negative feedback. 37 Breed Street is in the clinic at the back.

I’m a diabetic and needed to have a fasting blood test done, I tried the day before but my blood sugars dropped below 5 at 7am so I put it off that day and tried again today (27 Feb,Tuesday). I noticed my blood reading was at 6 today so I decided to try again to have the test done before I had another hypo. I let the nurse know at clinic that I was diabetic and my reading might run low and I might need to eat my banana if it did. However they did my blood test straight away however while they were putting my bandage on my arm they told me not to come back to this pathology again and to go to another one. They were very rude and I felt very embarrassed.
