Well stocked store and there was good deal on 6 pack imported lager.
They sell alcohol. That's about it.
The staff named Bruce is extremely rude. Needs to know how to politely talk to customers
Your staff Bruce needs some serious training on identifying and judging on people's age, before asking for IDs. asking a 36 year old guy (Though i would love to take it as a complement) is not cool and doesn't show a great customer service skills. He also first asked us to move the other side when we were looking at the price of the whiskeys with a very rude tone. i personally worked at coles for 3 years so i do understand the rules and regulations but hope he will get some serious training on judging people's age and how to talk on polite manner.
Walked into the store at 3.40pm today, which is an ordinary Sunday and was told by attendant the store was closed. When I enquired about the shops advertised business hours, he replied the store was closed and I was unable to purchase items. He then proceeded to close the roller door whilst I was still standing at the counter. Very rude and would highly recommend doing business elsewhere.
