JB Hi-Fi Wantirna South - Knox

Great variety and good sales prices. They're in desperate need of more floor staff. I've left the store without buying what I came for as I couldn't find anyone to help me and the counter line was too long to have to go through it twice. I've seen other customers do the same. It's a real shame as they have everything else going for them. (Including the great location)

Love JB hifi in general, and this store location provides excellent service and attention on top of the quality products

I love jb, has everything you need at good prices! Sometimes hard to get a sales person.. but there always happy to negotiate prices and give good advice!

Good stuff and culture inside the shop. Everyone is helpful and tries to get you the best deal instead of hearing you say 2 words and then trying to force you to follow them so they can sell you the most expensive item you don't need (Chadstone).

Customer service seems to be a bit of hit and miss depending on your luck and staff on the day. This review is based on my latest experience this week and I concur with a few other users where staff isn't very friendly/helpful even when the store isn't overly busy. Apparently delivery fee through JB hifi website is different to purchases in store. Website quoted $20 delivery but is $50 if buying in store (why is that??)nSales guy who first served me wasn't interested and was annoyed when I needed more time to check details. Also said I could only use max $500 worth of gift card for the purchase as I suspect they were inundated with many transactions using discounted gift cards (to me, this is again poor customer service).nnNote: I have had pleasant experience in the same store April this year when purchasing a phone (with a different staff member), so was disappointed with the service this week.
