Supercheap Auto Roxburgh Park

Wanted to get a plastic knob for small repair in my car. Paid for it, and tested one on the car which was parked in the parking lot outside, knob was too big, came right back in to get it exchanged (must have taken a couple of minutes). Since I went back through the 'normal' entrance, cashier refused to exchange it because I used the wrong entrance! sure there was a board (to the left side of the entrance, you have to look left deliberately to see it) which says for returns don't come through that door. But it was a couple of $ worth item, he made it a big deal saying I could be returning one from inside the store! I'm not going there anymore to see cheap unfriendly and rude cashiers working. No wonder its called super 'cheap' lol

Cool place , friendly staff, cheap prices, love this place ......l could sleep here.

Was there today, the two ladies at the front counter were very helpful, particularly the tall one. (Sorry, I did not get their names). It's so nice to receive good customer service.
