Absolutely pathetic !!nBought a replacement phone for my 86 yr old mother and it took 3 weeks for this place to deliver it and when it turned up it didn't even work. NO SPEAKER....nIt was listed as a Ex Demo and that's why l bought it as just about all the refurbished iPhone have had the screen replaced and the speaker or the mic play up.nSo i sent them an email stating that the phone didn't work and l wanted them to pay for postage for sending me a faulty item but they wouldn't and l had to pay for postage for a faulty item they sent me.... JUST WRONG !!!nAfter checking this places reviews l noticed that a lot of people have problems with them when it comes to getting refunds so l paid for EXPRESS POST with TRACKINGnso now they have had it for 11 days and apparently they can't find it even though Aust Post has delivered it to them...nBUYERS BEWARE !!!!nPATHETIC COMPANY DO NOT BUT FROM THEM !!!!!

Terrible customer service because there is NONE. No phone line to contact a human being on.
