I had a very lovely experience here. The optometrist was professional, informed and very personable, making me feel comfortable. The staff were quick, efficient and had great attitudes, even handling an extremely rude customer with professionalism, warmth and a genuine desire to help. There's just no pleasing some people, sadly, but they certainly do their best.nnWill definitely be back for any regular checkups :)

Even though they were so busy, everyone was super friendly with smiles on their faces, and then helping me promptly after my test! Really great focus on customers at this branch!!! Will be happy to return again.nOh also they took cool scans of my eyes, bonus.

Rare to experience such consistent positive customer service these days ... I came into the store a couple of weeks ago and Sonja and Izzy were absolutely amazing and helped me sort out prescription sunglasses (even though I did not have an appointment) .. Sonja was extremely professional, personable and attentive. Izzy was delightful too! I went back today to pick up my prescription sunglasses and Chloe and Anabelle were also very pleasant and very helpful. Thank you!

So many helpful staff at this store!! I actually had fun picking out my glasses for once, and the lady who did my test was really friendly too.

Going here for last 2 years everyone always very friendly and helpful, take the time to help me and answer all my questions very happy with service
