The store manager Taylah is EXTREMELY helpful. During these stressful times I called regarding stock of titles I am after, she was polite, warm and you could tell she genuinely wanted to assist me. It is refreshing to have such a happy voice on the other end of the phone.
Nice clean store, the staff are lovely, especially Elise who always goes above and beyond to help me find what I'm looking for and looking up any special items that are not held instore.
