No wait to use self service printers when I visited the store. Staff were helpful and patient with my questions on how to use the printer. I was done and out of there super fast, which is my dream shopping trip: over quickly!

Came to print invitations. Service from Karen was amazing! She was very helpful and friendly

I was having issues with one of my purchases and just couldn’t figure how to work it out by myself. I really appreciate the trouble the staff went through just to help me. Terrible service!! The man at the printing counter had no idea how to do his job. We wanted to print some old photos at an a6 size but since he didn’t know how to he just lied to us and said it wasn’t possible.nnWe drove to the office works in the next suburb and had this done in less then 5 minutes.nnBetter training should be provided for employees at this office works branch

Just wanted to say Rachel in the printing section was awesome help today when I had no idea what I was doing printing stuff she just made it really easy and out in the extra yards to assist me. Thanks Rachel.
