Dodgy. Booked a few days in advance, both of us drove nearly an hour and arrive 15 minutes early, we are told they double booked and that we have to wait an hour, and they told us they tried calling, we show them our phone record with no missed calls, then we move our plans around and 2 minutes later walk in and they tell us we cannot book until tomorrow. Absolutely pathetic communication and customer service. So dissapointed.

WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF IT WAS POSSIBLE !!!!! Booked a 90 min massage today. When I got there payment was taken prior to the massage. Once the massage started the lady who was massaging me left the room 8 TIMES !!!! To answer people that were walking in and to answer phone calls. Every time she left the room it was at least a min or two. There were two other massage therapists who were in the other rooms, one of them was massaging my wife who also booked a 90min massage. But the therapist I had was the only one that kept leaving !!!! The worst massage I have ever had, it was not relaxing, it was a waste time and money. on top The therapist leaving almost every 10 mins - she didn’t seem to care too much the massage and didn’t seem to put in the effort compared to other places we have been to in cranbourne. she seemed more concerned about people who were walking in, answering phone calls and writing down appointments. On top of all that she then proceeds to finish the massage in 90 mins when I probably only had 70 mins of massage. When I told her about my frustration - She tells me that she doesn’t have a receptionist and that there nothing else she can do. Well not having a receptionist isn’t my issue when I’ve spent $218 for my wife and myself. If they didn’t take my money before the massage I would not have paid for more than 60 mins but guess that’s why they take it before hand. Feels like I’ve been scammed. UNPROFESSIONAL, WASTE OF MONEY, WASTE OF TIME, I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I KNOW !
