JB Hi-Fi Hoppers Crossing

As always JB Hi-Hi have a great range at great prices. Going in store is good if you need something quickly and you know what you want. When I went to the Hoppers Crossing store it was very busy and I was not able to find a staff member to check on a few things. The items I was looking for also seemed to be out of stock. While I'll keep using JB Hi-Hi as an option for my electronics shopping I think I will do more of it on-line and/or click & collect.

This place is my home away from home, is always open. This is my one stop shop for all things entertainment or technology. I needed a new printer usb cable and the store layout was good and easy to find the item I needed. There is always staff around to assist with any queries. They are friendly and very knowledgeable in regards to all the products that JB stock. The one thing that impresses me is that if there is a product they don’t quite know, they would get someone who knows. I recommend you try this store if you need anything.

Customer service is somthing this store needs to improve immensily. Come on, as we had to wait at least 30 minutes to get some answers about a product. Most of reps just ignore and try not to do eye contact fearing customer ll start asking questions. Please hire more people and offer them suitable training.nThanks.

The size of the shop is a bit deceiving...I thought it was really small, but it is actually really well stocked. Convenient location if you live around these suburbs.
