Great price and great people..and you get to buy locally to support business! Well worth the visit

We install large industrial and rural sheds that are generally over 50m in length. We found it difficult to keep our string lines straight with windy conditions. Whilst working 5 hours from home I called Redback lasers and spoke to a consultant called Tim. It was 5pm and he was still was happy to discuss my problem. He recommended a line laser and went above and beyond to deliver it to me after hours to use the next day. Delivery was over a 2 hours drive. I highly recommend this business who knew the detailed information about their product and exceptional customer service.

I have used RedBack Laser Levels for over 10 years and have never considered using any other brand as i have found their Laser Levels to be accurate and reliable.nnAs for customer service, the other day i forgot my Laser Level and required one for a job near RedBack Laser's Showroom. I gave Redback Lasers a call and asked if i could borrow one of their Laser Levels.nnOf course i explained i have purchased a few Laser Levels off them in the past, and luckily for me they remembered who i am.nnTim, the Owner, was understanding and kind enough to trust me and borrow a Laser Level for me to use and save me a one hour trip to get mine.nnAs a token of appreciation i did buy Tim 4 cakes slices as i know he loves them !!nnThank you Tim and RedBack Lasers

My laser stop spinning, I sent it back for repair and they informed me it was cheaper to replace it. It was in brand new condition. I won't buy their gear again.
