I went to buy contact lenses on 17th April 2021 then staff told me can get about 3-5 day to store..then i come back to the shop on 23rd April 2021 still not get yet...staff tell me they run out some of my pairs of contact lenses have to wait about 2 weeks ( after they find everywhere in the store about 20 min ..maybe )...not happy at all not very good service too.not go back to specsavers again !!!

Bought 2 pairs of reading glasses 6 months ago, first pair the lense kept falling out. It turned out it had been cut too small. The second pair the weld on the arm failed and the arm fell off. When I took them back I was told it wasnt a manufacturing fault and all that could be done was buy a new pair. If a failed weld isnt a manufacturing fault I dont know what is. Glasses are always kept in a case and only taken out for reading. Last time I use Specsavers

I can not believe the service that I get today. We were two patients with 4 staff our waiting time more than 45 min .One of the staff member was rude. I left the shop just with results because I was very upset. I can not imagine that happens in Australia. Do not go there that is my opinion .

I hit my eyes tested in the 01/06/2929 at 13:50 and the optician was excellent but I have to say that the girl that sorted out my glasses was a little rude and no help at all. I wanted to use my old spec saver frames and was told I couldn’t and so she just went ahead and ordered new glasses with my old frames and that cost me $249.50. She never said would I like new frames or anything and as I am 73 I should have been given discount for over 60’s this never happened. So I am a very annoyed and upset customer!! Ok

Minus 5 STARSnnA Rude staff member accused me of leaving my perscribed sunglasses on the dashboard of my car as the reason why the frame of the sunglasses had cracked.nI had assured her I never left my sunglasses on the dashboard, and she wouldnt listen.nWhen i take off my sunglasses and put on my distance glasses i always put them in my glass casenUnprofessional customer service.nAfter paying hundreds of dollars this is how i was treated.nI will never return to this store in Corio and i will tell everyone i know, not to shop there.
