Every time we go there the staff are all so lovely which is so important. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Just such a posative experience.

I'd give a zero if I had the option. Was not impressed at all. I had a phone appointment to get a script done. Went to pick up the script the next day only to find out that it wasn't what I had asked for, so had to wait to see the doctor which was almost 30 minutes. When I finally got to see the doctor, she was very rude and argumentative saying she needed my last script for proof that I need the medication. Actually thinking of taking the matter further as that behaviour is very unprofessional especially in front of others. Will never go back here again!!

If I could give them a 0 I would. Worst GP I've ever been too, basically didn't help me as they thought I was faking it, where I'm actually in pain. Negligence to their duty of care is disgusting. Telling me there's nothing wrong when I'm physically in pain is just wrong. Never go here.

Be prepared to wait minimum 30min every single time longest is 2hr wait
