Dr Mark is so knowledgeable and was very thorougher in his consultation. He made me feel very comfortable. The receptionist is also so lovely and helpful. Not too sure how they could get bad reviews...I think people don’t take the time to write good reviews these days. Thanks team!

I wish I'd listened to the bad Google reviews. The storied and credentialed professor with the huge long waiting list proved to be quite the let-down. Impatiently rushed through a dehumanising appointment like I was an animal. The receptionist, as many of the other reviews agree, is a ridiculous imperious piece of work. You live and learn. I learned to avoid this place.

I have recently bought my father in-law in for an appointment, I would just like to thank the staff on reception for looking after him and making sure he knew what was happening, as he can get a little confused especially in these times with COVID. Thank you

$160 for a 10 minute appointment!!!! That's around $950 an hour. the doctors were ok and seemed to be pretty knowledgeable, but not very much time is spent talking to them for $160.nI was going in each day for 3 days with my son who had uv treatment and waiting in the waiting room for him (5 min max). And then today after I was seated in there the nurse comes in and asks me to wait outside. Extremely rude behaviour, they should have said this from the start if a parent cant wait for their son in the waiting room. Need some consistency and less rude behaviour. Made me feel like a dog told to go outside I was dressed nicely too, uneal. Some of the rudest treatment I've ever witnessed, I used to work in a health center and people got sacked for lesser things then this.All this after a 200$ appointment with specialist, what a joke. I would have talked to this woman if I wasn't with my son at the time.
