I could not speak more highly of the staff and the wonderful treatment I received here. I saw Tiffany Macintosh and she made what could've been a really difficult process alot easier. I have seen many drs for unrelated issues over the past two years and Tiffany stands out so much. I think the ability to talk to patients about these serious things, while remaining calm and warm and positive (in a not annoying overly positive way) would be quite difficult. So difficult I can't really articulate what I mean. But she has the perfect mix of the qualities you need when talking to someone about cancer. I had the space to ask any and all questions, with each question answered comprehensively. She knew who I was after I had only seen her once before and recognised me straight away in the waiting room. Also remembered my other complicated health issues and seemed to genuinely care about what I had to say. So many people in the medical world lose their empathy and the ability to really make patients feel satisfied with their treatment. But not this one! All appointments have run on time (another rare find). And the desk staff are always friendly. I couldn't be happier with the help I received.

The staff here do a fantastic job. They always seem to have a smile on their face and are very friendly. It helps make a challenging process a whole lot easier to get through.
