Simon is a knowledable, caring Dr. He may be a little different but it has been.lovely for us to have 28 years' worth of individual service. To have competent medical attendance and be able to get into our own Dr who knows us is the important thing. To us this is worth any amount of overlooking a stuffed rabbit receptionist and a broken mailbox. We hope Simon is OK and thank him for his 28 years of caring, competent service.

His website shows 3 methods of making an appointment - be aware he doesn't listen to his voicemails or respond to his emails, so you must use the app.nnud83dudc24nnThe waiting room is dark, cluttered, and does not have appropriate social distancing guidesnnud83dudc24.nnI was in the waiting room for 20 minutes past my appointmrnt time while Simon was making small talk with the previous patient.nnud83dudc24nnI was there for a routine prescription update - should take 30 seconds. I had to endure 5 minutes of his conspiracy theories and personal questions before he decided I was disrespectful to him and told me I wasn't welcome there anymore.nnud83dudc24nnSimon, if you want people to show you respect, it needs to be mutual.

Does not have a receptionist and does not reply to messages. I would not recommend.

I attended this clinic today after making an appointment on the relevant app. I was left sitting in a dark reception area alone waiting for the doctor after the previous patient had left. After waiting another 10 minutes I rang the bell , Dr Simon Thompson swung his door open and yelled ‘WHAT’ at me and continuing to yell at me saying I wasn’t a patient etc I would NEVER recommend anyone in attending this doctor as he is extremely rude and doesn’t deserve the business. DO NOT GO HERE.
