My graphics card fried itself right before the Easter weekend (though I didn't know it was the graphics card at the time, I just saw the spark and the smoke of doom). The local place that originally built my PC was being completely unresponsive, so I took a gamble and gave Summer a call after reading some reviews - best decision I could have made. Super friendly, super honest, and made time to fit me in that afternoon even though they were busy. Summer also took the time to explain it all to me since I expressed interest in knowing what to do in future. Within fifteen minutes of me getting there he had diagnosed the problem and gave me a great deal on a fresh graphics card they had on hand so I wouldn't have to wait weeks to get a new one shipped in. For something that I thought wouldn't be fixed until at least the following week given the unfortunate timing of it, it was all resolved on the spot and I could not be more grateful. I use my PC for both work and downtime so it would have been a nightmare to be without it.nnSeveral days later, the place that built my PC finally responded to let me know they could fix my fried drive within the next month for almost quadruple the price (new graphics card not included in that by the way!). ...So yeah, I'm sticking with PC Clinic. Definitely be coming by in future for any other disasters that befall my current computer, and for some advice on building my own new one. :)

Our computer has been running slowly for a while now, so we decided to bring to Bendigo PC Clinic after talking with them at the Sunday Market. Not only is the computer faster now, but they went through programs with me to see which ones I wasn't using and therefore didn't need. We are very happy with the service and the price, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends.
