Great store, but terrible senior staff members. Countless occasions I've witnessed brutal verbal bashing of customers including myself. Highly aggressive when things don't go their way. Over the years I've watched so many younger staff come and go, proof is in the pudding I'd say

We needed some laminating done & a young girl (Abby) couldn’t do enough for us last Saturday morning.nThe service was excellent & over & beyond what was expected.nWe’ll be back!

Went to print some photos from my phone on the officeworks computer/printers (which always is a pain at any OW) after 45 mins I decide to ask an employee for assistance, I was met with very blunt and rude workers who didn’t offer to help. Since when do they only print documents from behind the counter?? On top of all that I had to pay for parking and left empty handed.

Super impressed and pleasantly surprised with the exceptional customer service I received today. Placed a click & collect order, product was ready promptly. When I picked it a staff member walked it out to the car & helped me load the car.
