Centre Com Bendigo Apple

Must be under new management. Walked in and spoke to someone about buying my new MacBook Air. Was recommended to go next door to buy a PC. I was speechless. Did I walk into an Apple Store? Why would they send me next door to buy a PC? I was so confused. Where did they find these people?

First up I had to have my MacPro 2017 model repaired. I am delighted to report that it was undertaken with diligence & full resourcing of parts with no expense by Jose. His communication & effort was exceptional. There was furthermore another customer who had come some distance for help & I listened to him profoundly thank the staff.nOn strength of this we returned & my partner purchased a phone & iPad. He was well advised by Mae as to the best iPad fit for his needs & she furthermore gave clear & helpful information as to how setup worked for both devices. Service & assistance is very impressive at this business.

AMAZING! EXPERIENCE! Recently had my Mac repaired at another authorised repair centre and was charged $125 diagnostics fee. Took it to Centre Com and they only charge $89. I asked why they have a cheaper fee and was told other repairers have raised prices but Centre Com have remained low to help everyone during COVID. My Mac was repaired in 2 days. Happy days!

I didnt know there was Apple in Bendigo! So glad my son took my computer to these guy. I used to drive to Melbourne for my repair. Not any more! In Melbourne you have to wait 7 day for appointment and then 7 day for repair. At Bendigo we walk in and the Mac is repair in 2 day under warranty. Staff very good with customer and tech very knowledgeable. Recommend 100%.

What legends! Fixed my laptop under warranty (even though it was a little bit past its warranty). I was expecting to have to pay A LOT more than I did. Thank you so much! Would definitely come back :)
