Had a custom build made and the tech loaded in the wrong operating system instead of W10 Pro which I ordered I got W10 Home which was annoying to discover.nTo cut a long story short I did a fresh install with the disc they gave me which was the correct version and everything was good.nAll the same I'm happy with the build and fine with the service but try and pay a little bit more attention next time guys... thanks.

This branch has rude and totally hopeless staff that can't even show respect when you do a click and collect. I showed them my ID and was happy to show them the card that the computer was brought on but instead I got this rude obnoxious person standing away from me expecting me to hear him from his desk when I wasn't allowed in the door. They will want to hope the new computer I brought works. The staff need to learn customer service and understanding would by a pen off them.

Service was good but I was not told about the surcharge if I tapped the card like the person was before menI had been caught once before as they did not tell me and there are no signs upnI stuffed it a little and the guy was patient and had a laugh with menProduct info was back the front to set up so after many hours of work that should not have been needed we got it to work

The staff are amazing! We looked around everywhere for the components we needed but only found it in Center Com, they even gave us a discount when we bought the items! Highly recommend.

Brayden was very helpful and polite. Had a warranty issue which was sorted promptly and kept me informed through the process and also asked if there was anything else needed. Great service!
