Called up to make an appointment for the receptionist to sound half asleep and then when I went in for the appointment had the same problem of not being able to hear the receptionist because of their tired sounding voice and to be told the appointment was an hour ago and I had missed it even though they took my contact details they didn’t call they just let me miss the appointment.

My recent experience was appalling. My doctor of 21/2 years told me i was a waste of her time. She made me feel so uncomfortable while she sat there starring at me. Will not be returning, ever.

Since Dr Dass has gone so has the service. Long delays and staff talking on the phone sound as if they going to sleep.

Always professional with a large base of doctors and nurses services. Never have to wait long for an appointment. Receptionist are prompt and polite too.
