Beware of this business. I left my computer with them to be fixed whilst we were over there on holidays. After it left the shop it still had the same problem...not turning on. I rang them to ask what they fixed on the computer but they couldnt remember fixing it. I rang them to tell them I would dispute the transaction once i got back home. I was spoken to very harshly then they sent me a text outining my options. One of the options is they will buy the computer back from me because it doesnt work....yet they still charged me the $$ to fix it. What is written on the receipt isnt even what they say they did to it. Shonky business!!!!!!nnSince writing the above reveiw I have received abusive texts and phonecalls threatening that the police are coming for me because I am a criminal. I will be keeping all texts and voice messagers. This company is a joke!!nnThe respose is also a lie. I dropped the computer off....not my husband. Yes he picked it up because i was on crutches...not because I am a chicken as you said in your voice message. The reason we didnt come back and were at the markets was because we had a plane to catch. We are now in another state of Australia, its 2am in the morning and I am receiving loud, abusive messages. I wish I could upload it into the review. Completely unprofessional!!!!nnWhen you rang me I was at vic market on our way to the airport. We had a plane to catch. A bit more important than dropping my computer into your shop again.nn***Second update*** Its now a couple of years later and I cannot believe this business is still operating. Disappointing to read more negative reviews and see I wasn't the only unhappy customer who received abusive, threatening phone calls. We ended up going to the police as the abusive phone calls were waking us up.nn***THIRD UPDATE*** It is now four years later and there are so many reviews that had the same experience as us. Its a shame we had to go to the police and change our phone number because of his abusive calls. It looks like the nasty, deflective, abusive behaviour still continues. How is this maniac still allowed to rip people off?!

We have been dealing with Try Terra for years and have always found them to be ethical and reliable and good value.

This guy is crazy. He gave me back my computer with someone else’s data. Said that’s what he recovered from my hard drive. Then claimed it was a conspiracy theory. He started yelling at me and ranting about conspiracy theories and rambling nonsenses. He is 100% crazy. Do not go there.
