Bought a remanufactured Yamaha home theatre system hundreds cheaper then brand new and absolutely perfect in condition, would think it was straight from the factory. Works perfect and i will definitely be back again for any stereo needs.

Purchased a pair of Wharfedale Diamond 11.1 bookshelf speakers at an amazing price and on the surface of it Excel HiFi shipped out fairly quickly, but, and this is the big but, they used Cope Sensitive Freight ! OMG what a painful experience in trying to track this order. It was delayed in Melbourne, lost in Hobart it finally arrived in Launceston depot, whereby I picked up the speakers but not after many phone calls to all stakeholders. I know this is not Excel HiFi’s fault, but if they continue to use Cope Sensitive Freight, then they are more than likely going to get many irate customers concerned on the lack of tracking details and length of time for deliveries. I have to rate the entire online shopping experience, o the two stars is squarely aimed at their freight company choice and not their product, price or customer service.
