A lot of cars waited for hours and had no sign of occupancy in the office. We knocked at the door eventually after ringing the given number multiple times but no answer. This is an added stress/anxiety for testers/patients/travellers who are waiting to get test done in time.nnMaybe the office was closed? BUT there was NO SIGNAGE at all indicating the operation hours (this was on a Saturday). This is sadly very unprofessional.

Got there at 8.50 for a covid test (opens at 8am). No signs with advice on what to do. Waited in the car for 5 mins. No one came out. As I headed to the open back door, a man came out and yelled at me to 'go away, not allowed in here'. He THEN put the sign up saying wait in car.nDO NOT COME HERE. RUDE AND UNORGANIZED.
