Officeworks Narre Warren

It's an Officeworks - much the same as any other Officeworks I've been in anywhere else in Australia. The staff are OK on the friendliness front - no one seems really pleased to be there but they're not surly either. Someone needs to step up and provide a rival to the Officeworks monopoly.

Poor form guys. Bang on 6pm and I’m out of toner (hours recently changed). I explain to the girl at the door I’m desperate for toner for work in the morning (we print all day) and she says come back tomorrow. I cannot come back in the morning because I have to open my own store. My own store, which I would let a customer in if they arrived ON closing time.

Since the pandemic this store has gone way downhill. Zero customer service and they have made it impossible to call the store (possibly disconnected the phone?). Absolutely not good enough, they need to figure out how to handle their business better during this pandemic.

Very good and understanding employees when dealing with Print requests. Have been ordering online and received my items very quickly. Usually is good to phone up if you have any concerns.

The staff were very friendly & efficient in the midst of a very busy day. Great service! Disappointing to see that every second staff person had their mask either under their nose or on top of their top lip. This is UNSAFE practice & unfair to the rest of the staff wearing their mask properly
