Their so called apple tech DYLAN was unprofessional. Went to store this morning to get my iPhone fixed. Not once he had a courtesy to tell me that I will be losing my data on restoration of my iPhone but his straight and the only answer to fix my phone was to reset it. Did not offer to replace the battery or do any phone update. Nor did he once ask me if I had backed up the data. Thanks to him, not just I lost all my data but also the phone is still not fixed at all. Pathetic service.

Recently had some issues with my laptop and brought it in for repair - the staff were all so helpful & to book the appointment online was easy! I appreciate Apple's careful approach during COVID as well to ensure everyones health and safety for their staff + customers!

I had an appointment at 3:20 pm. I comes early at 3:00 pm ask if mark me quicker as i had another appointment. I got rejected by staff, they said time is important come on the time.nI come back on the time. Then I wait 15 minutes nobody called me.nnIf apple time is important for them. Our time is not important for use?nnBad customer service
