Can't really comment on the level of service here because I didn't get any.nMe: hi can you show me where the 4K players are?nSalesman: Just over there on your right (returns to tapping keyboard).nWandered around a little hoping to find a sales person only to have two walk straight past like I was invisible. Maybe I wasn't dressed nice enough. I took my $900+ purchase elsewhere (and got immediate, helpful service). NEVER again!

Today I was there and asked a staff for assistance. He said 1 minute. I waited 15 minutes and walked out. Very poor service. Anyway went to good guys and got red carpet service. Thanks Pravina at at good guys for your excellent service

As soon as i walked in i was greeted, and then served within a minute of being inside. My brother bought a phone, and i an Apple watch. Nelly who served us was an absolute star. She went out of her way to help answer the 101 questions she was asked. Based on her service alone, I'll be going back there in the future

O stars, 5 customers waiting to be served in television area, staff called, no one came, why ?because they were to busy playing with their phones, talking and having a nice time at the front of the store. Went across the road to the good guys.☹
