Bought 4 x Televisions from teac, all bar one have broken down, 65 inch broke down twice, currently awaiting another claim on 49 inch, it has been over 2 months now and still waiting as deemed irreparable, same thing happened on previous warranty claims they are an absolute disgrace, Be aware if you buy one of their TVs you will more than likely need to have it repaired or replaced and you will be without TV or refund for at least 2 to 3 months. Do not recommend their TVs or extremely slow warranty department. Next step consumer affairs

Bought a TV from JB. It broke at 23 months (it also had a remote that barely worked from the get go but i digress...). I sent it in for warranty, it's been 8 weeks - ~1 week for JB and the repairer to notify me it's not repairable. another 7 weeks sitting with Teac with no response. Terrible products, terrible service.
