Nice staff but pushy, lack transparency and hearing aids very over priced, as audiology often is (search google for articles warning about over charging in the The Age or Choice.) Family and friends say Australian Hearing is good for pensioners or kids, I am happy with Costco, high quality at 1/3 the quotes from National.
