Officeworks Preston

Poor service. Firstly, they hardly have staff working, so cannot find a staff to help. Also they are never flexible with their prices even though you show them that it is cheaper elsewhere. Some staff do not know how to help a customer eg., in the areas of furniture. I purchased the same chairs elsewhere at a cheaper rate with better service.

Have to book in a time in advance to print a document? What a joke, no community service in mind at all.nnMy partner needs documents printed for surgery today and they won't print it until 2 days later.nnDarrebin offers no printing service for the community during these hard times and we're stuck with a company that doesn't even care enough to answer their phones.

Such a great team working at this officeworks branch. Sofia went above and beyond to get my documents scanned and printed. I would highly recommend people to visit this branch to get their work done. Speedy plus excellent customer service.

Went there to print off 4 black and white A4 pages but was turned away because they only do click and collect due to lockdown. Went home to organise it for next day pick up via the internet but it won't be available for another two days?? Just for 4 piece of paper.... This was clearly not thought through properly.

I tried calling this store eight times in one day to chase up an order. I tried calling at different times and used all of the extension options available. I ended up going into a different Officeworks location and the helpful staff there also tried calling the store, with no response.nnPlease answer your phones!
