JB Hi-Fi Northland Shopping Centre

Negative: Been here a few times and have found it very hard to get customer service! It takes the checkout cashiers several attempts to call someone out for assistance, until an assistant finally arrives!nPositive: when there is service, they do what they can, to help in any way. Sometimes they are smiling and happy and full of positive energy.

I love JB Hi-fi... bear in mind this particular JB store is on the smaller side, so stock is limited. Despite this, I'm still a fan... and the staff more than make up for this. They are friendly, helpful and understanding; assisting you to work within your budget without making you feel like a pauper!nIn addition, the staff I have interacted with have all been very patient and respectful. For the not so tech savvy like myself, this is a welcome and much appreciated change compared to similar retailers, when shopping for an item riddled with technical phrases, acronyms etc... in the descriptor of the item.

Inside this shop you can find lots of funny things. We (me and my friend) went in there roughly 6 to 8 years ago, and I can still remember everything vividly. I can only imagine literally nothing has changed. The shop front was exceptionally clean, bland range of exquisite DVDs. They wouldn't give me a job despite my pleading, but it was pleasant and fascinating

Love JB HiFi. Always the best range. I find something exciting every time I'm there. Just picked up the latest season of The Flash. Such a great show.

Too easy. Greensborough rang to pick up from Northland. Great customer service.
