Crossfader

I just put GUITAR STRINGS into the search engine on The Crossfader website and it came up with SORRY DID YOU MEAN GUITAR STERLING. WHAT IS GUITAR STERLING???nnI am pretty good at judging from a distance and my judgement on Crossfader is GO ELSEWHERE!nnThis judgement is also based on a previous poor review of Crossfader.

I have bought two items from Crossfader.nnThe guys in the warehouse were plain odd and seriously unwelcoming if you wish to pick something up (which I did on my first visit). I was going past for my second purchase and dropped in to get a speaker. The sales manager took my order and asked me if I was a member. I said I had joined their website but I wasn't a business; just a guitarist buying a speaker and that I have bought one speaker before. He said the speaker was $95 or thereabouts. On payment, the receptionist said that will be $130. I looked over at the manager and said, didn't you say it was $95? His reply: I thought you were a member in our system but you're not (he meant a business). He then looked down and I was dismissed. I thought that seriously rude and lame. No 'sorry, I made a mistake or I'll meet you half way as it was my error or I didn't understand or ask you the right questions' etc. Unbelievable in this day and age. My suggestion, buy elsewhere but as they have the rights to Celestion speakers you are over a barrel. Guess that is why they can be like they are. The receptionist then gave me my slip and said I had to collect from the warehouse next door. I walked around and knocked, I called out, I banged, I went round the back, I went round the front...rinse and repeat...FINALLY after 10 minutes some moron yelled out, 'What do you want!' really angrily. Then walked off when I said I was picking up a speaker. Another bloke stood looking at me like I had two heads but finally got the speaker. All in all it was amazing service from whoa to go. Worse service I've had in years.

great customer service, had a slight issue with my first purchase and the team @ crossfader were excellent and fixed it up straight away,ngreat prices, range and service win win win!
