Had a few cars' speakers and radios upgraded using parts from SSV. They've been quite pleasant to deal with over the years and the staff members were helpful everytime.nnI once had an online order ordered as delivery but then changed my mind to pick it up from the Thomastown shop, they were quick to refund me the shipping charges.nnThey also stock a lot of stuff that others don't. Recommended overall.

I've had a fair bit done with SSV over the years and they've always been great to deal with. They treat you with respect whether you're spending a couple of hundred bucks or a couple of thousand. Just had a speaker install done and there was a couple of issues with a buzzing that popped up under certain frequencies and they went above and beyond to solve the problem even though it was a pain to fix. Didn't cost a penny more, which I reckon proves they have pride in what they do. Nick at the counter is a pleasure to deal with and will genuinely try to help you get the result you want. Highly recommend
