Every person in the team is so helpful and polite. I had an event last Sunday this was my first experience with Bounce Audio. The equipment was so clean, looked like it was straight out of the box.nnThey also listened to my requirements and provided exactly what I needed.nnDuring set up checked to make sure I was happy many times. Then at pack up they were prompt, checked I was happy again. The equipment all worked beautifully. This is my go to for all AV requirements.nnThey really care about the client and made me feel like I have found a reliable supplier with service excellence.
