Piano Lessons By Grace

My mother and I were both looking for a piano teacher in our area who would be happy to teach mature beginner adults and we found Grace from Google. We are so fortunate to have found her! As adult beginners we were a bit anxious and worried about starting lessons with no musical background or in my case, a decade of not having read sheet music or touch a musical instrument.nnGrace is so patient, lovely and kind! We felt very comfortable during lessons and Grace made us feel like it's okay to go at our own pace regardless of how frustrated we felt sometimes or impatient we were with ourselves. She listens to us, is considerate, attentive and doesn't place pressure on us to learn quickly. My mother who had no musical knowledge and who was really worried about not being to pick it up, is now more confident and she is able to play a couple of pieces on her own.nnI would like to add that I also really appreciate the patience Grace has had with me as I've had to cancel and postpone lessons a few times now. She has always been understanding and happy to make up lessons which I've missed. I highly recommend Grace as a piano teacher as an adult beginner. Grace is a wonderful teacher who is extremely patient with our pre-school aged daughter. She constantly finds ways to challenge her while maintaining her interest with both classical and popular music pieces. Our daughter has improved by leaps and bounds under her tutelage and really looks forward to her weekly lessons.nnWe highly recommend Grace as a piano teacher.

Grace is an excellent piano teacher who is very positive and supportive in developing your skills. She helps you to learn the kinds of music you're interested in, creates great learning plans to improve playing ability, and her lessons are always lots of fun.

There is a review of this piano teacher for around a week ago that gave her one star rating. This looks to be a very suspicious review. I would actually go as far as to suggest that the author may be another piano teacher in South Yarra or a surrounding suburb trying to make themselves look more favorable to the wider community. This is just unacceptable and Grace needs her valuable clients to retaliate by posting reviews that accurately reflect Grace’s lessons.

Grace is really kind and patient. My son has been learning piano with Grace nearly two years. Highly recommended!
