Not one of the best Australia Post stores. It depends who serves you, one lady there is fantastic, the other two I felt that everything you want is an issue, the staff just don’t want to be there, this is nothing new to this site, it’s alway been averaged and the good ones leave. I found Mt Martha P.O., open of a Saturday & very friendly. It’s worth the drive.
Difficult to believe that someone dealing with the public can be so rude and outright obstructive and still be employed. A simply ID check became a charade of find a reason to refuse. I should have left after watching the customer before me be subjected to the same treatment.
I would honestly advise anyone to go to main street Mornington were the staff are lovely
The woman at this post office who served me today, whilst I was trying to sort out an issue for which they were at fault, was unhelpful and condescending; if you hate your job that much, maybe get another one.
The woman who served us was EXTREMELY RUDE ..so much we we left and went to the Main Street branch..do not go..
Lovely, helpful staff. Couple of post boxes available for rent.
