My dog injured herself on a Sunday of course. I rang the after hours number for Alice Vet Centre, which was answered promptly. The vet provided excellent advice regarding treating my dog's injury until I could attend the clinic on the Monday. Following her surgery on the Monday I paid a very reasonable fee for her treatment. Much less than what I was expecting. The crew at Alice Vet Centre are excellent.

Wonderful vets, dealt with 2 different vets when one of our pups had a critical episode while driving on a holiday. Zoe was one of the vets who treated our little girl and thanks to all our girl is on the way to recovery

Don't take injured animals that you've been feeding and looking after to give them a chance at life to this vet clinic!! I took a young magpie lark in with an injured leg. I'd been feeding it every 10 minutes with the Mum, Dad & siblings close by for over a week. It was able to fly around in the aviary and seemed to be managing with the leg so I thought it had a chance at life. They took the cage out the back, I wasn't even able to be present at the consult, then two very rude, discompassionate male vets told me it would be euthanased. I asked to have the bird back to get a second opinion from another vet and was told they were legally bound to keep the bird. I never saw it again. I won't be taking any animals back to this vet clinic in future.
