Worst haircut I’ve ever had. Went in for a trim, came out with a haircut I could no longer even put into a pony tail. Average customer service. Didn’t even brush the hair from my face after my cut, no style blow dry or nothing. Returned to the store to have the haircut “fixed”, was left sitting in the chair while the manager went to and fro doing other things and talking to other people all for about 10 minutes worth of “repair” that did nothing. Made to feel like I was an absolute pest for complaining. Anyway I’m still stuck with a terrible hair cut, with no life or style in it, that I cannot work with to even make it look half decent. $50 wasted. Didn’t even get my money back. Will be another $50 out of pocket to go elsewhere to get the monstrosity fixed. I’ll never ever go back, nor will I recommend to others. Absolutely devastated.
