I've had many haircuts in my time spent on this planet and these geezers take the cake for the absolute worst. Not only was I ignored upon entry, but the wait to get served took an eternity. The senior barber was preoccupied with chatting to a couple of friends and the junior barber went through 3 customers in the time it took the senior barber to do one. My time to get a haircut finally arrives and it's a fairly simple instruction, just tidy up the back and sides but don't take any length off the top/front because I'm trying to grow it out. The junior barber proceeds to nod and then does his very best to get me as close to bald as possible before I panic and tell him to stop cutting. I looked 20x better coming into the establishment then when I exited. There are other barber shops in gateway that are far better, no customer should ever go here. I only went because everywhere else was closed and I needed to get one done after work.nAll this cost me $30.00 of my hard earned cash. Practically robbery. Avoid this place at all costs.

If you want an atrocious haircut this is the place to go. Extremely Unprofessional staff, awful service. It’s not difficult to ask the paying customer if they prefer scissors or clippers, wasn’t asked, just assumed that the clippers would be ok, Unfriendly, don’t listen to the customer. Staff are busy singing and talking to each other to listen to your requests

A nice and professional shop. During the Darwin holiday we were looking for a hairdresser 2 days ago. We were kindly assisted by the staff, the advice was good and the end result was neat! We also didn't have to wait long. We will definitely be back when we have the opportunity. Greetings from a couple from the Netherlands

Unprofessional with staff eager to go home. I was denied entry for a haircut at 4.15pm, despite the shopfront hour's displayed as closing at 5.30pm. There was only two men in line for a haircut at the time.
