Learn when and where to park and wait for passengers. In a single lane, one way road outside of a busy parking garage, with 10+ cars backed up behind you, is not the place. Inconsiderate.
I hired this company to take my daughter and bridesmaids to her wedding venue. I hired a white statesman and paid the account in full in plenty of time to confirm the hire. The hire was confirmed by email. You can imagine my surprise when a white people mover turned up for the job! The car was on time, clean and the driver was polite and helpful. It was an inappropriate substitution for this once in a lifetime event. I would not recommend this company.
