Please call them if you want to be spoken in a rude and condescending manner. No manners to speak on the phone. Completely rude and unprofessional. I’d possibly give them no stars. I pity the stakeholders of the properties they manage. 1 word definition : Nightmare

Horrendous communication coupled with a terrible customer experience. Would not recommend.

It 3AM in the morning, I just came back from interstate and I'm locking out side my apartment which is managed under Altitude body corporate. The security lock is out of power, tried to call office contact number and someone picked phone saying she cannot let me go back to my apartment as there is none else complain about security door failure. Then hang up on me never picked up again. I now have too park outside the security door hope someone else can come out before I go to work in the morning. So disappointed about there service.
