This is the worst insurance policy provider in australia. Really dissapointed from their service. How they are doing their service very slow and really frustrating.

Huge disappointment, Lack of service as promised. Claim Handler has no courtesy of providing with any updates for the claim awaiting. Call centre apologetic but no ability to solve the issue. Lack of correct information. Lack of understanding and no outcomes.nStill awaiting for claim to be resolve. Total dissatisfaction with QBE.nnAnyone place their claims want limited consumption of their time and proper handling of the situation but everything seems reverse here.
