Naturally, I had long, curly, frizzy and dry, very dark hair. Crystal absolutely blew me away with how she transformed it into my absolute dream hair; it's now balayage bright pink and even healthier than before I came in today.nHer prices are very good considering how incredible her work is and how high quality her products are. She is very experienced, kind and extremely accommodating to her customers, offering drinks and treats and even phone chargers. Every time I come here it’s very lovely!! They treat everybody with kindness and respect. This place gives the best service and I adore my hair every time I book an appointment with them!! The service here is excellent and I definitely recommend.
Have had my hair cut by Crystal twice now and I would go so far as to say it was the best short hair cut I have ever had. Crystal is a little hard to understand her English but she is an absolutely fantastic at cutting and styling hair. I am happy to recommend her to others.

I had an appointment booked for a balayage colouring and style cut. I was clear about the colour I was after, even bringing photographs along for example.nI did not get anything like the colour I wanted, I was after dark brown with highlights, I ended up looking almost like a full blown red head. unfortunately it took so long (almost 4 hours) for this to be created. And I had other appointments during my time in Darwin and didnt have another 4 hours free to fix it. I was offered a drink only once when I first arrived and then nothing for the rest of the hours. The whole time the hairdresser kept telling me how much more expensive my treatment would've been at her old salon in Sydney as if that was going to make the price of what she was charging any less exuberant. My hair was pulled and combed aggressively and the water in the wash basins used was cold not warm. All in all a disappointing and expensive experience.
