Not professional!nI had to cancel an appointment (and I DID notify them) I tried to book an appointment now and they asked me for a 50% of treatment to be paid upfront and they asked me to go there in person to make the deposit??? The lady on the phone was super rude and not professional at all!nI would never book anything else with that Salon.nI totally understand that you have to pay your staff and no show is horrible for the business... but that wasn’t the case! They were notified and I had a reason to cancel.nAnyway.... they have to improve their customer service!

Got a call and was asked to change my appointment earlier in the week, sure no problem, but they changed the stylist I booked. Instead i got some random person who left me with a sipping wet head of hair. He was nice enough, but not the senior stylist I had booked. I asked for layers and face shaping, got home and straightened my hair to find it looks like a blunt hair cut too heavy on the ends, no shape &had to trim excess random long bits he had missed, completely unprofessional place - I wouldn’t go back, and there were two cockroaches running up the wall next to me aswell. Not relaxing.
